SyndicIT Services Corporation Introduces ScreenIT™

ScreenIT provides a powerful solution to ever increasing consumer demands for personal identity protections and landlords seeking to reduce legal risks.

Austin, TX - November 14, 2011 -- SyndicIT Services Corporation (SyndicIT) today announced that it has launched its ScreenIT credit screening service offering powered by TransUnion’s SmartMove. The service is available for immediate use at https://syndicit.mysmartmove.com/. The service is designed for use by consumers and leasing agents in the multihousing industry for scoring potential residents for credit worthiness prior to lease approvals.

The service allows landlords a way to check prospective renter’s against extensive credit and criminal databases and provides instant leasing recommendations based on specific landlord risk criteria. It also offers data privacy for potential tenants because Social Security and credit account numbers are not displayed to the landlord.

Landlords are coming under increasing pressure to avoid having to manage and protect a consumer’s personal information. Clearly, consumers are also becoming increasingly concerned about illegal access to their identity information stored at a local property, and usually in easily accessible paper files. There can be little doubt about the growing preference by consumers for this new model,” said Lauryn Radice, Managing Director, of SyndicIT. “SyndicIT is all about anticipating the needs of our natural customer and the legal and technology trends that contribute to enhancing property automation. ScreenIT is another example of our responsiveness to that anticipation.”

SyndicIT had previously announced its DocumenIT SaaS based ‘cloud storage’ system for digital document management and paperless property automation, ‘Syndi’ the Virtual Property Assistant (VPA) used for easy ‘drag and drop’ document capture and a full integration with industry leader DocuSign for one click electronic signature processing.
