IAPAM's Botox Training Helps Physicians Capture Baby Boomer Market

The IAPAM offers physicians the industry's leading botox training and associated facial aesthetics medicine education (including training on lasers for skin rejuvenation and hair removal, medical microdermabrasion and medical grade chemical peels). The IAPAM's Aesthetic Medicine Symposium is the only 2 day training designed by physicians for physicians, which offers hands on, live demonstration and didactic instruction in botox in all of the top 5 non-invasive procedures.

Las Vegas, NV, July 25, 2011 -- According to the Pew Research Center population projections, "10,000 Americans are turning 65 every day." Equally, the US Census Data shows that, "by 2030, 70 million Americans will be over the age of 65. This is one out of every five Americans," or "fully 18% of the nation's population." This aging population will demand strategies and treatments to help them stay fit, look good and feel young as they move through their retirement years. To capture this exploding market, physicians who are expertly trained in minimally invasive, anti-aging modalities, are perfectly positioned to grow their healthcare businesses. The IAPAM's Aesthetic Medicine Symposium (http://www.AestheticMedicineSymposium.com) is a weekend of comprehensive botox training as well as dermal filler training, laser training etc., and is the only multi-day, hands-on symposium, to expertly educate physicians on how to profitably add the top 5 anti-aging modalities to a practice:
- Botulinum toxin type A (Botox)
- Soft tissue (dermal) fillers
- Chemical peels
- Laser hair removal
- Microdermabrasion

Jeff Russell, Executive Director of the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (http://www.iapam.com) emphasizes that, "we are hearing from our members that minimally invasive procedures like botox and other cosmetic injectables, medically supervised hCG weight loss, as well as laser training, microdermabrasion and chemical peels, are in tremendous demand by patients, and we are seeing a correlating increase in the demand for our training. Registration for our cornerstone training program, the IAPAM's Aesthetic Medicine Symposium with Botox Training, has dramatically increased in the last 8-10 months. Physicians are realizing they need to package botox and dermal filler treatments with other modalities, including laser hair removal, IPL skin rejuvenation, medical grade chemical peels, and medical microdermabrasion. Organizations, like the IAPAM, educate physicians on how to bundle these treatments for the most appealing and profitable outcomes."

The IAPAM's Aesthetic Medicine Symposium provides a forum for physicians to immerse themselves in training on these top 5 minimally invasive procedures. Leading the faculty is a team of renowned cosmetic dermatologists who cover aesthetic patient consultations, facial anatomy & musculature, product preparation, pain management, procedural protocols, post treatment issues and continuing practice support. Unlike other programs, the Botox Training is done in a clean, multi-million dollar medical facility, not a hotel room chair. Physicians who have completed the IAPAM's multi-day integrated training programs, including hCG Weight Loss, Aesthetic Medicine Symposium and Aesthetic Practice Business Start-Up have a significant competitive advantage.

From the desk of Wayne Jones at AMAGF: A Letter to Veterans

AMAGF is an integral part of the business process for a wide range of entrepreneurs.

Las Vegas, NV, July, 25, 2011 -- My name is Wayne Jones. I am a Veteran and the Executive Director for the American Association of Government Finance. (AMAGF)

Like many of you, I have always had the entrepreneurial spirit. I am a veteran and have been self employed since being discharged from the Army. I found in the early days of my journey that “I would obtain the business experience I needed, right after I needed it”.

That is not the case in today’s world. When I set out on my journey there wasn’t the abundance of franchise opportunities that exist today. Today you can become a part of a proven and tested Franchise and have the assistance you need to be successful. The Franchisor will guide you through the bumps and curves on the road to success and mentor you in the tried and proven methods to succeed.

AMAGF is an integral part of the business process for a wide range of entrepreneurs. The financial foundation for the most important part of your efforts, the financial health of your start up venture, franchise purchase, purchase of an existing business or the further development of your existing business. There are many reasons that make it necessary to obtain outside financing.

You might want to buyout a partner, expand to other locations or purchase additional inventory. Whatever the reason there is most likely a government guaranteed finance program available.

AMAGF offers a variety of training programs that can assist in sorting out the Small Business Administration (SBA) process and procedures for participating in the SBA financial guaranteed programs available to small business today. Once you have made a decision to move forward, AMAGF can produce the SBA Loan Package that will conform to the requirements outlined by the SBA in there Standard Operating Procedures.

I read an article published in July 2011 by Inside Banking. The article was produced and is directed at Commercial Lenders and outlines the opportunities for the Commercial Banks to participate in the SBA loan programs. It states that one of the pitfalls that many banks confront as outlined in the article was that the SBA requires that all forms for approving, closing and reporting loans must be filled out accurately and completely. That incomplete paperwork will seriously delay SBA’s approval of the loans and can cause frustration for lenders, borrowers and the SBA.

AMAGF completes your loan package in compliance and conformity to the SBA requirements so you can present the bank a complete loan package that will expedite the approval process. We work with you to make your loan application easy for the bank to process the application in compliance to the SBA requirements. Don’t get caught up in the process that can end in frustration and in many cases the abandonment of your goals. Bankers do not have the time or the resources to work with you on a full time basis to prepare the proper loan package. The bankers leave it up to you. They will give you a list of documentation they need and a limited amount of guidance. You are now investing your time to learn and do something that our association can do for you and get it right before the lenders are presented with your financial needs.

CNN June 22, 2011 aired a new program dedicated to a 100 event Veterans job fair that was to be held throughout the country to assist unemployed veterans in finding jobs. The statistics of unemployed veterans tops the unemployment list. It was reported that unemployed veterans are in the 12% range for the unemployed.

Why don’t more veterans seek small business opportunities? There are many franchise opportunities available today that would afford the entrepreneurial veteran an opportunity to create jobs for other veterans. The Small Business Administration has developed the Patriot Express loan for veterans to cut out the red tape in applying for a Government Guaranteed Loan. The SBA guarantees 85% of the loan for Veterans. The maximum loan amount is $500,000. If you are currently in the military and will be discharged within one year you can start the loan process. If you are going to retire from the military within two years there are programs available to assist you in making plans for your future.

AMAGF has special programs available for Veterans that can assist you with your future goals. We offer a membership in our Association to all veterans without charge. As a Veteran I have experienced many of the road blocks that are encountered by Veterans after being discharged. I didn’t have anywhere to go for assistance to prepare for my future, I made progress as I mentioned in the second paragraph, I got the experience I needed by trial and error. The error at times proved to be costly and I learned that time is money and the errors cost me valuable time. AMAGF can provide the experience that will eliminate the trial and error.

Our website will provide further information, go to http://www.amagf.org. (Wayne Jones, Executive Director)

New App Helps Athletes Schedule Meals, Sups & Exercise

Personal fitness trainer, Joe Lorenz has created a sweet new app that athletes of all types will find very useful. It’s called "Suppa Time."

Traverse City, MI, July 25, 2011 -- A new smartphone app for athletes called “Suppa Time” was created to help fitness enthusiasts in their training routines by planning out and reminding them when to eat, exercise, and take their supplements. “It’s especially good for contest prep for N.P.C Figure, Fitness, Bikini and Bodybuilding Competitors,” says it’s designer, Joe Lorenz of Real Sports Labs of Traverse City, Michigan.

Suppa Time” was designed to correspond with the product The Real Deal, an exercise supplement that increases energy, strength, mental focus, endurance, and much more. One of the newest supplements available to help users get through their rigorous workout routines, The Real Deal ensures users get maximum results out of their workout programs.

The “Suppa Time” Android app organizes all components of The Real Deal program and makes it easy for athletes to stay focused. This app can be downloaded for $2.99 at: http://www.thenewrealdeal.com/suppa-time-app.html or the Android Market. (be sure to check out the Daily App Show review)

Users of "Suppa Time" will be able to:

- Schedule their meals, exercise routines, and supplement intake for each week
- Be provided with reminders of when to complete components of the program
- Keep track of multiple supplements and when they should be used

Although there are thousands of exercise and fitness apps available to smartphone users, “Suppa Time” explores an area of fitness that has not yet been covered by previously released apps.

"This app fills a niche for people who understand the importance of proper and consistent timing when it comes to their diet, exercise, and supplementation.” ‘Suppa Time’ is the first Android app that caters to the needs of those who use supplements in their fitness programs.”

The app will schedule when you should exercise, eat, and take your supplements. When it comes to nutrition, timing is everything. Having the proper scheduling allows athletes to get the most out of the supplements and nutrition plan they have chosen.” says Lorenz.

Suppa Time” will send out reminders to users when it is time for them to take their supplements, exercise, and eat. Lorenz stresses the importance of timing when it comes to the use of supplements, and how forgetting to take them just a few times can dramatically change the effectiveness of your nutrition and supplement program.

The app also allows users to track multiple supplements at once. Lorenz thought this aspect was important to include because people who use supplements in their exercise routines usually use more than one. Keeping track of multiple supplements and their specific timing can be difficult so “Suppa Time” organizes them accordingly to help users stay on top them.

The “Suppa Time” app is being released just in time for competitors and for people to get their exercise and nutrition program started before summer. Don't be the last to download this application and miss out on the body you've always dreamed of. Summer is just around the corner so get started today with The Real Deal exercise supplement and add “Suppa Time” to your SmartPhone.

About The Real Deal
The Real Deal is one of the most cutting edge dietary supplements available on the market. Users will experience instant strength, size, and endurance improvements upon use. Frankenmuth Brewery Introducing Frankenmuth Pilsener in Bottles

The Frankenmuth Brewery recently increased its manufacturing and supply capabilities and the Frankenmuth Pilsener will be its flagship brand with the other ales, lagers and seasonals to follow. The popularity of Michigan craft beers is on the rise and we are trying to meet the demand of the craft beer buyer by providing a variety of high quality brews.

Frankenmuth, Michigan, July 25, 2011 -- After a 15 year hiatus from the marketplace, Frankenmuth Brewery in Frankenmuth, Michigan is ready to bring its delicious craft beers in bottles to beer consumers through major grocery stores, chain stores, independents, convenience stores, pharmacies and gas stations. They will introduce their award winning Frankenmuth Pilsener beer in a smartly designed six pack bottle package on August 1, 2011, followed by brewmaster Jeff Coon’s unsurpassed Marzen style Oktoberfest in the middle of August. The flagship Pilsener and seasonal Oktoberfest will then be followed by the recently decorated and well reviewed Munich Dunkel in early October with the remaining four house brands including Frankenmuth Blonde Ale, Hefeweizen, Batch 69 IPA and Red Sky Ale packaged in a special 12 pack container just in time for the holidays.

Frankenmuth Brewery opened in 1862 and is recognized as one of America’s oldest breweries and is Michigan’s Original Craft Beer.

Brewmaster Jeff Coon, a brewing veteran and graduate of the Siebel Institute, immediately began making German brews based on the German beer purity law of Reinheitsgebot. The variety of traditional lagers and ales have been served at the Frankenmuth Brewery full service restaurant and have received great reviews while the microbrewery began distributing the beers to various restaurants and bars in Michigan through kegs. “We are very excited about this expansive launch of the Frankenmuth brand in bottles through grocery stores, drug stores, convenience stores and gas stations. This will provide the consumer a convenient way to try all our delicious craft beers” said Coon.

The Frankenmuth Brewery focused on kegs throughout 2009 and 2010 but the demand for bottles grew until the microbrewery packaged a 12 pack sampler and other limited quantities of bottles in late 2010 and early 2011. Every bottled package that hit the shelves was gobbled up instantaneously by anticipating consumers due to the fantastic product and limited supply.

The Frankenmuth Brewery recently increased its manufacturing and supply capabilities and the Frankenmuth Pilsener will be its flagship brand with the other ales, lagers and seasonals to follow,” says Frankenmuth Brewing Co. President Haithem Sarafa. “The popularity of Michigan craft beers is on the rise and we are trying to meet the demand of the craft beer buyer by providing a variety of high quality brews,” added Sarafa.

Licensed grocery stores, convenience stores, drug stores and other retail outlets as well as restaurants and bars that would like to carry Frankenmuth Brewery craft beer should call their local distributer or visit http://www.FrankenmuthBrewery.com to find a distributor. “We expect the Oktoberfest to sell fast since it has a very limited supply,” says Sarafa.

About the Frankenmuth Brewery
The Frankenmuth Brewery, founded in 1862, is the second oldest brewery in the country. It now operates as a micro-brewery/restaurant serving casual classic American fare as well as featuring a river view banquet/entertainment facility with full service beer, wine and liquor selections. Enjoy any of three patios overlooking the Bavarian Belle Riverboat steaming up the Cass River. The 28,000 square foot historic German brewery features seating for 432 indoor diners and 250 patio diners with plentiful free adjacent parking on Main Street in downtown Frankenmuth. The Frankenmuth Brewing Company provides high value appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees, award winning hand-crafted old-world beer and exceptional customer service. Billion Dollar Sales Expert Shares Secrets on How to Become a Sales Superstar

Author Daniel Milstein shares eight secrets for consistently reaching high sales levels and lays out in clear understandable language what it takes to be a Sales Superstar. You'll peer inside the mind of a successful sales talent so rare that universities will use this book for their business classes.

Ann Arbor, Michigan, July 25, 2011 -- Daniel Milstein, CEO of Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group, shares the secrets to his success in the newly-released book, The ABC of Sales.

Aspiring sales superstars will find several valuable reasons to read and study Milstein’s power-packed book:

- The author is ranked as the Number One loan officer in the nation for 2009 & 2010
- Dan Milstein is listed in the top 40 mortgage professionals in the nation
- GoldStar has been one of the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies in the U.S. for two consecutive years.

It’s for these reasons that when Daniel Milstein has something to say, top salespeople across the nation take interest. Milstein published The ABC of Sales (ISBN 978-0-9835527-0-3), Gold Star Publishing, 2011, $19.95, 196 pages, Kindle and Audio Book, http://www.ABCofSales.com as a guide for anyone who wants to soar to the top in sales, revive their sales careers, or position their companies among the elite.

Brian Tracy, one of the most renowned sales trainers ever says, “This inspiring book not only tells an exciting tale of success and achievement, it also gives you the tools and strategies you need to achieve all your goals.”

Former FOX News Producer Jess Todtfeld says “With this book, Dan Milstein will join Zig Ziglar, John Maxwell, Og Mandino, and Brian Tracy in the pantheon of salesmen we should all learn from.”

Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Daniel and his family relocated to the United States after the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. He received his education with honors in business management and finance and graduated with a BBA from Cleary University, Ann Arbor.

Milstein worked his way up from assistant consumer lending manager, to general manager, to underwriter, to Chief Operating Officer and finally Chief Executive Officer within the various financial institutions.

But what truly motivates Milstein to continue pursuing business success is his sense of loyalty to his more than 400 employees and their family members who depend on Gold Star’s stability. That motivation has resulted in Gold Star being named by the Detroit Free Press as one of the Top Work Places in Michigan for employees from 2009-2010.

Gold Star has grown to 26 offices, with four new ones to open in 2011, and is licensed to originate mortgages in more than 20 states. Since 2005, revenues have increased 712 percent and Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group is currently closing more than a billion dollars in loans annually.

Among the gems in The ABC of Sales is Milstein’s adage that “Lunch is for Losers,” that if you “don't believe in oranges then sell apples” and that the Great Commandment of Sales is “Always Be Closing.”

ABC-- Always Be Closing --is one of my favorite phrases,” says Milstein. “It is a motto I live by and is one of the prime reasons I have been successful as a sales professional. I never turn off my selling mindset; I'm always ready to engage a friend, colleague, or stranger in conversations that will lead to a sale.”

In the book Milstein shares eight secrets for consistently reaching high sales levels and lays out in clearly understandable language what it takes to be a Sales Superstar. The author also reveals what he has done to maintain his place among the Top 10 mortgage professionals in the U.S. for the past 10 years.

Milstein’s expertise makes it possible for Gold Star to offer lower rates for mortgages from major banks than if the customer dealt directly with that bank. While that is a major competitive advantage, Gold Star also excels year after year by putting customers first in all transactions and always being available when clients or potential customers call.
