BatchOutput for Microsoft Word Improves Default Printer Management

Zevrix Solutions announces BatchOutput DOC 2.5.2, a feature update to company's output automation solution for Microsoft Word. BatchOutput solves the problem of printing and saving of multiple documents to PDF and offers batch processing, PDF security, image compression, variable file names and other options. The new version ensures that BatchOutput DOC restores the system's default printer after the processing of Word files is done if this option is selected in the Mac system preferences.

Toronto (ON), Canada -- Zevrix Solutions announces the release of BatchOutput DOC 2.5.2, a feature update to its output automation solution for Microsoft Word on macOS. The software provides advanced solutions for demanding enterprise and office publishing environments through automation of printing and professional PDF output. For example, users can leave BatchOutput to export hundreds of Word files overnight, and then pick up the completed job next morning.

The new version coordinates the app's printer selection with the printing settings of macOS system preferences. If the user selected a default printer to be used on system level, as opposite to the option to use the last printer chosen, BatchOutput DOC will now automatically restore the system default after batch processing of Word files is done. The update also fixes an issue in which a second .pdf extension was assigned to duplicate output files to which a serial number was appended.

In addition to batch printing, BatchOutput DOC helps users eliminate repetitive tasks when exporting Word documents to Adobe PDF format by simplifying and streamlining the conversion process. BatchOutput DOC is the only tool on the market that gives Office users direct access to advanced PDF creation options:

-Split Word files into single-page PDFs.
-Variable output file names.
-Reduce PDF file size and optimize documents for web, print and mobile devices.
-Encrypt and password-protect PDF documents.
-Change PDF color tone, brightness and other qualities.

BatchOutput DOC is a part of the Zevrix BatchOutput family of products which also includes output automation solutions for Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and PDF workflows.

Pricing and Availability:
BatchOutput DOC can be purchased for US$39.95 from the Zevrix Solutions website as well as from authorized resellers and Mac App Store. Trial is also available for download. The update is free for users of version 2 and $20 from version 1. BatchOutput DOC requires Mac OS X 10.6-10.12 and Microsoft Word 2008, 2011 or 2016.

Contemporary Art Projects USA - Art Santa Fe - July 13-16, 2017

Contemporary Art Projects USA/Gallery announces its return to ART Santa Fe at the Prime Fair Location, Booth #205.

Santa Fe, NM, USA -- Contemporary Art Projects USA/Gallery (http://www.contemporaryartprojectsusa.com) announces its return to ART Santa Fe at the Prime Fair Location, Booth #205; as the fair celebrates its seventeenth successful year this summer, July 13-16, 2017, when galleries from around the world will once again offer an outstanding overview of modern and contemporary art.

Designated as one of UNESCO's Creative Cities, Santa Fe is a globally familiar art destination. The city claims the second largest art market in the United States and draws scores of national and international visitors. The Wall Street Journal's Smart Money magazine recently noted: "Santa Fe is dotted with 240 art galleries, and is the home of Art Santa Fe, an international art fair that attracts buyers and tourists from around the world. The Santa Fe art scene is one of the best you will find anywhere."

According to their Chief Curator, Mariavelia Savino, five words define this year's Contemporary Art Projects USA booth at Art Santa Fe: Diversity, Mastership, Communication, Actuality and Uniqueness.

The fifteen artists presented are from Santa Fe itself and from other US cities, as well as from Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. From very figurative to abstract, as well as Geometric and Kinetic. Their artworks represent all media from metal or Plexiglas sculptures to photography, unique mixed media, painting and tri-dimensional collages. In our booth, we made real the term "Fusion," which is the leading motive of this Art Fair, assembling together the meanings of fashion, technique, the world and at the same time highlighting the unique creative message of each artist, everyone so different from the other, but forming a whole to celebrate their talent: humanity, beauty, nature and life.

Contemporary Art Projects USA is honored to present the extraordinary art by Brian Blunt, Local Invited Artist, Chris Delias European Invited Artist, Hugo Diaz, Adriana Dorta, Kelly Fisher, International Guest Artist, Lolo Loren, Ricardo Lowenberg, Mexican Invited Artist, Zammy Migdal, Guest Artist, Kyu Nam Han, Asian Invited Artist, Juan Luis Perez, Cuban Invited Artist, Anrika Rupp, Nataly Schloser, William Sthalhut, Henrik Welle, and Michele A.
