IAPAM Links Medical Spa Growth to Demand for Physician Botox ® Training

The IAPAM has identified a correlation between the increase in physicians engaging in the IAPAM’s comprehensive, hands-on Botox ® Training, and the significant growth in botox ® and dermal filler procedures.

Las Vegas, NV, September 23, 2011 -- The market research group, Global Industry Analysts, projects that the 70 million baby boomers, "seeking to keep the dreaded signs of aging at bay," will significantly impact the US market for aesthetic anti-aging treatments, including Botox ® and dermal fillers. The market for these age defying products or treatments is currently estimated at $80 billion, and Global Industry Analysts predicts it will balloon to more than $114 billion by the year 2015. To capture this exploding market, physicians who are expertly trained in minimally invasive, anti-aging modalities and medical weight loss treatments, are best positioned to grow their healthcare businesses.

The IAPAM's Aesthetic Medicine Symposium (http://www.AestheticMedicineSymposium.com/botoxtraining.html) is a weekend of comprehensive Botox ® training as well as dermal filler training, laser training, medical grade chemical peel training, medical microdermabrasion training, and hCG training (http://www.hcgtraining.com), and is the only multi-day, hands-on symposium, to offer education for physicians on how to profitably add the top 5 anti-aging modalities to a practice.

Jeff Russell, Executive Director of the IAPAM, concurs with the findings of Global Industry Analysts' research. "We are hearing from our members that minimally invasive procedures like cosmetic injectables, medically supervised hCG for weight loss, as well as microdermabrasion and chemical peels are in tremendous demand by patients, and we are seeing a correlating increase in the demand for our training. Registration for our cornerstone training program, the IAPAM's Aesthetic Medicine Symposium (http://www.aestheticmedicinesymposium.com), has dramatically increased in the last 9 months. We have sold out every session in 2011. Physicians are realizing they not only need to offer botox ® treatments to their patients, but also laser hair removal, IPL skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. Organizations, like the IAPAM, educate physicians on how to package these treatments for the most appealing and profitable outcomes."

The IAPAM's Aesthetic Medicine Symposium provides a forum for physicians to immerse themselves in training in the top 5 minimally invasive procedures. Leading the faculty is a team of renowned cosmetic dermatologists, who cover aesthetic patient consultations, facial anatomy & musculature, product preparation, pain management, procedural protocols, post treatment issues and continuing practice support. Unlike other programs, the IAPAM's Botox ® training is done in a clean, multi-million dollar medical facility, not a hotel room chair.

For more information on the next Aesthetic Medicine Symposium and/or the hCG/Physician Weight Loss Training, or to register (http://www.aestheticmedicinesymposium.com/registration) for a session, please see http://www.iapam.com or contact the IAPAM at 1-800-219-5108 ext. 704.

RadiantBrands Launches MyHealthHerbals.com Brand an Ecommerce Site for Herbal Supplements

Berkeley Creative Agency Designs and Launches New Products and E-commerce Web Site Designed to Appeal to Consumers Seeking Alternative Remedies.

BERKELEY, Calif. (September 21, 2011) -- RadiantBrands (http://www.radiantbrands.com), a full-service creative branding and design agency, has just completed the launch of MyHealthHerbals (http://www.myhealthherbals.com), a new e-commerce destination offering high-quality herbal products direct to consumers. The new MyHealthHerbals brand of products features herbal remedies based on Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western research, specifically formulated to address conditions involving joint health, poor digestion, low energy, and women’s health.

Health Concerns, which markets herbal remedies based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western research to alternative health care professionals, asked RadiantBrands to help them name and brand a new line of natural health products for consumers. The RadiantBrands team researched the herbal supplements market, looking at online marketing strategies and product positioning. They learned that customers who gravitate toward alternative medicines are concerned about taking personal charge of their health. After extensive online and consumer research, RadiantBrands hit upon MyHealthHerbals, a unique brand name that includes three of the most commonly searched terms on the Web for those seeking herbal remedies.

RadiantBrands also was responsible for developing a new brand identity for the MyHealthHerbals line of products. Since the market for natural remedies is quite crowded, RadiantBrands decided to create a brand that would stand out from the crowd by communicating high quality through visual design and how MyHealthHerbals uses standard manufacturing techniques that ensure consistent quality and maximum effectiveness. They also leveraged the expertise and high profile of company founder Andrew Gaeddert, a renowned herbalist and author. The firm also developed new brand names for the line’s products, including FlexBend™ for joint pain, Spruce Balance™ for women’s hormonal health, and Engesta™ for food intolerance.

To complete the project, RadiantBrands developed a new e-commerce site that captured the new brand, and presented the line of 15 herbal products by category of condition. The site was optimized for search and made easily viewable on mobile devices and smartphones, serving as the focal point for a new web marketing campaign.

We love this kind of project because it extends beyond brand development to actually bringing the brand to market,” said Steven Donaldson, co-founder of RadiantBrands. “We not only get to create a new brand, but then deliver that brand to customers, building traffic for the new e-commerce destination, and actually gauging the impact of our work.”

Mr. Russell also emphasizes that, "through the comprehensive education, and the year of practice support offered by the IAPAM, physicians can appreciate the effects of medications, the implications of plateauing, the importance of vitamin supplements, engage in ongoing dialogue with each other and hCG experts, and understand all the other nuances of the IAPAM protocol that result in patient satisfaction and enduring weight loss."

FRA Supports New Brazilian Rain Forest Investment Product

Forestry Research Associates (FRA) are supporting the release of a new Green Forestry Investment plan from InvestCom, which gives existing investors the chance to direct their money towards the Amazon rain forest in Brazil.

Seattle, United States, September 20, 2011 -- Forestry Research Associates (FRA) are supporting the release of a new Green Forestry Investment plan from InvestCom, which gives existing investors the chance to direct their money towards the Amazon rain forest in Brazil.

The investment opportunity is available to any investor who has been with InvestCom for at least six months. It was officially launched in July and it offers an interest rate of 2.1 per cent and charges no hidden fees.

InvestCom explained in a press release that investors have the opportunity to make returns through the carbon credits market, which is growing by five per cent each year. It added that the market will continue its growth trend increasing to between 10 and 15 per cent a year, according to Bloomberg New Energy Finance.

FRA, which supports investment in forestry as an alternative asset class, explains that there are many opportunities to invest in Brazilian forests. Greenwood Management for example, invites investors to buy up sections of Brazilian land that is then planted with non-native trees, such as teak, which are sold when they reach maturity. The whole project is run sustainably and helps to protect the native forests.

FRA’s analysis partner, Peter Collins, said, “This new investment product from InvestCom is brilliant news for the Brazilian rain forests and investors should see healthy returns over time as the monetary value of standing forests increases.”

The product is being marketed as a strong long-term investment option and InvestCom’s CEO spoke recently at a news conference of the forestry sector’s high rate of IRR over a 40 year period. Investing in forestry is also a lower risk strategy than investing in stocks and shares at the moment, claims FRA. Mr Collins added, “Investors will welcome this new product as it comes as many of them will be looking to diversify their investment portfolios to increase their exposure to alternative asset classes."
