IAPAM Announces April Date for hCG Training: April 27, 2012

On March 14, 2012, Dr. Oz's comments re-ignited unprecedented positive interest in hCG for weight loss. To meet this consumer demand, the IAPAM is helping physicians enter this lucrative market, by offering their physician-led hCG Training in Scottsdale, Arizona on April 27, 2012. Physicians will learn and receive everything they need to start safely and profitably offering hCG for weight loss to their patients in 2012.

Las Vegas, Nevada, March 22, 2012 -- The IAPAM (http://www.iapam.com) has trained over 650 physicians on how to effectively offer hCG (human Chorionic Gonadotropin) for weight loss to their patients. To date, well over 20,000 patients have successfully lost weight on hCG using the IAPAM's Exclusive hCG Diet (http://www.hcgtraining.com), based on Dr. Simeons manuscript, Pounds and Inches (http://www.iapam.com/dr-simeons-pounds-and-inches-manuscript.html).

Join the IAPAM for its next hCG Training session of 2012, on April 27, 2012, and prepare to offer hCG for Weight Loss to the flood of patients seeking hCG as a result of seeing Dr. Oz's recent overview (http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/does-hcg-diet-work-pt-1) of this effective weight loss program.

During the segment, Dr. Oz had several key messages regarding the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical grade hCG in a physician-supervised weight loss program. These key messages are consistent with the principals taught in the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine's Physician hCG Training (http://www.hcgtraining.com):

1. Consistent with the FDA's position, homeopathic hCG (hCG drops, etc.) DO NOT WORK. Only pharmaceutical hCG, prescribed by a physician as part of a proven hCG Protocol, is effective in fat and weight loss.
2. Unlike weight loss from a restrictive diet alone, where up to 1/3 of a patient's weight loss is muscle loss, patients on an hCG Protocol loose fat from their stomachs, buttocks, etc. and "leave the muscle alone."
3. Dr. Oz recommends that any patient on diet under 1200 calories, should be under the direct care of a physician.

The IAPAM's hCG Training includes everything a physician needs to add this program to a practice, such as:

- Detailed IAPAM hCG Program Protocols
- Patient selection criteria
- Common medical hCG contraindications
- Consent forms, medical history forms
- Patient hCG Program Guidebook to offer patients (hCG friendly recipes, food journal, tips)
- Patient PowerPoint presentations for the waiting room
- Phone scripts & call logs for your staff
- Legal/Insurance considerations, and current FDA status
- hCG ordering information and special pharmaceutical hCG pricing
- Special hCG Facebook discussion forum
- VLCD/LCD diet programs
- Meal replacement diet programs
- Ketogenic based diet programs
- Utilizing B6/B12 injections in weight loss
- Using prescription appetite suppressants in weight loss
- Metabolism testing as a profit center
- Laser assisted lipolysis
- Listing of your hCG Clinic in the IAPAM's NEW hCG Diet Clinic Directory (http://www.iapam.com/aesthetic-resources/hcg-diet-clinics)

Moreover, the IAPAM's respected program is taught by true hCG experts who operate hCG weight loss clinics, and who have completed the hCG Protocol themselves. This allows physicians and their staff to learn from the IAPAM faculty's vast experience. Finally, the IAPAM's hCG Training is the only Physician hCG Training program in North America approved for a special medical malpractice rate for those who have attended and have been certified by the IAPAM. This medical malpractice coverage is not offered to any other hCG training program.

For additional information or to register for the April 27, 2012 hCG Training, please contact the IAPAM, at 1-800-219-5108 ext. 708, email info@theiapam.com or visit http://www.hcgtraining.com

NanoMarkets Releases New White Paper on Smart Lighting Markets

NanoMarkets today announced that it has published a new white paper that examines the current smart lighting systems market.

Glen Allen, Virginia - March 20, 2012 -- Industry analyst firm NanoMarkets today announced that it has published a new white paper that examines the current smart lighting systems market. In a recent NanoMarkets report titled, “Smart Lighting 2012” we have identified this space as potentially reaching $4.5 billion in revenues by 2016 driven by the quest to improve energy efficiency within buildings and homes and meet requirements brought about by government mandates.

However, NanoMarkets believes while the addressable market is substantial, there are no clear leaders in the smart lighting space and that furthermore, the product and market strategies currently being pursued by the industry are insufficient to capitalize on what is possible.

Persons interested in obtaining the paper may download it from the firm’s website at: http://www.nanomarkets.net/Downloads/SmartLighting.pdf

About the Report:

The NanoMarkets report, “Smart Lighting 2012” provides an analysis of the worldwide smart lighting market and builds on NanoMarkets’ extensive six-year experience of analyzing the solid-state lighting industry. The report shows how new value is being created in the lighting market by adding enhanced electronics and intelligent luminaires and how such product strategies will be able to build on the massive trend towards introducing CFLs, LEDs, OLEDs and other forms of energy efficient lighting.

But while energy efficiency is the major current driver for smart lighting, this report also discusses how NanoMarkets foresees the smart lighting market transcending energy efficiency and generating new revenues from improved aesthetics, and more comfortable and healthy lighting. The report focuses, in particular, on how also these opportunities will emerge within the OLED and LED lighting paradigms. But it also identifies the opportunities that smart lighting will create as it adopts more effective networking strategies and becomes part of a future “Internet of things” and Smart Grid.

Also included in this new report is an analysis of the smart lighting strategies of the firms that NanoMarkets expects to see as major players in the smart lighting space. This includes the major lighting and building automation firms, as well as the slew of new lighting control start-ups that have emerged in the past few years.

In addition, this report provides an insider’s view on rapidly developing opportunities throughout the entire smart lighting supply chain including developments in the luminaire sector all the way down to the components level. For example, the report includes detailed coverage of where chip makers and sensor manufacturers will be able to derive the most benefit from the smart lighting “revolution”.

Also included in the report is a discussion of the likely evolution of smart lighting standards and their importance to smart lighting market development. In addition, there is an eight-year market forecast with breakouts by type of product and end user market segment. See the NanoMarkets website at: (http://nanomarkets.net/market_reports/report/smart_lighting_2012) for additional details.

NanoMarkets Releases New Report on OLED Luminaire Market

NanoMarkets has announced the release of its latest report, "OLED Lighting Market Forecast Q2 2012."

Glen Allen, Virginia - March 19, 2012 -- Industry analyst firm NanoMarkets has announced the release of its latest report, "OLED Lighting Market Forecast Q2 2012." In the report NanoMarkets presents its outlook on the OLED lighting sector with some notable changes since its last release in 2011. The firm notes concerns with the current economic situation in Europe which is a major center for OLED lighting as well as changes in manufacturing that will dampen prices in the short term but open the door to wider acceptance of the technology as OLED lighting efficiency, panel size and light output improvements bring the technology to the mainstream. NanoMarkets now expects that the total market for OLED lighting luminaires will reach approximately $6.3 billion in 2017.

Additional details about this and other OLED related reports are available at: http://www.nanomarkets.net

About the Report:

This report provides eight-year forecasts for OLED lighting in six different applications: purchases by lighting designers; luxury lighting; major installations in showrooms, tradeshows, etc.; residential lighting; commercial/industrial lighting; and automotive lighting. Forecasts are presented in both revenue terms ($ millions) and volume terms (units/square meters sold). In addition, the report contains qualitative forecasts of future opportunities for OLEDs in such areas as personal illumination products, signage, industrial lighting and novelty products.

The forecasts in this report are based on NanoMarkets’ insider understanding of OLED lighting demand patterns, but are backed up by matching projected demand against the plans of major OLED lighting panel suppliers to build manufacturing capacity. Among the firms discussed in this context are AUO, First-o-Lite, GE, Jusung Engineering, Kaneka, Konica Minolta, LG, Lumiotec, Moser Baer, NEC, Osram, Panasonic, Philips, Pioneer/Mitsubishi, Samsung and Visionox.

From the Report:

While NanoMarkets sees the overall prospects for the OLED lighting market as remaining strong, we now expect to see a major decline in OLED prices in the next two years as mass production technologies start to be applied to this kind of lighting. This pricing trend is expected to dampen OLED lighting revenues for the next three years until OLED lighting efficiency, panel size and light output have improved to the point where OLED lighting is acceptable in mainstream-and mass market - residential and business lighting markets.

In particular, NanoMarkets believes that OLED lighting has the potential to seriously compete with the standard fluorescent lighting panels widely used in offices through improved energy efficiency, lower costs and improved aesthetics. And by 2017 NanoMarkets expects that more than 75 percent of revenues for OLED luminaires will come from lighting for commercial and industrial buildings. In 2012, almost 90 percent of OLED sales for lighting applications will come from niche markets such as luxury lighting, large showroom installations and sales to lighting designers. But by 2017 that share will have fallen to under 1 percent.

NanoMarkets has lowered its penetration forecasts for OLED lighting compared to the forecasts it published in 2011 due to weaker than expected economic growth throughout the eight-year forecast period. NanoMarkets is particularly concerned about the impact of Europe’s ongoing monetary woes on the OLED lighting market. OLED lighting market is very Eurocentric with most of the important suppliers based in Europe and Europe’s importance to advanced lighting technology.

IAPAM's Physician hCG Training is Consistent with Dr. Oz's Recommendations

The IAPAM has trained over 650 physicians on how to safely offer hCG for weight loss, and well over 20,000 patients have successfully lost weight using the IAPAM's Exclusive hCG Protocol. The core principles of the IAPAM's hCG Training are consistent with those outlined by Dr. Oz in his March 14, 2012 segment on hCG for weight loss: it is imperative for patients to undertake an hCG program under the care of a trained physician, and never use hCG (homeopathic hCG) that is sold without a prescription.

Las Vegas, Nevada - March 17, 2012 -- In his March 14, 2012 segment on hCG for weight loss (http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/does-hcg-diet-work-pt-1), Dr. Oz announced that he had "new data" on the successful use of hCG (human Chorionic Gonadotropin) for weight loss. In a pilot study conducted by a leading medical weight management physician, Dr. Oz reported that patients following a strict, medically supervised hCG Protocol, were not hungry and lost weight, and ultimately lost more "fat vs. muscle," than patients on only a very low calorie diet.

2. Unlike weight loss from a restrictive diet alone, where up to 1/3 of a patient's weight loss is muscle loss, patients on an hCG Protocol lose fat from their stomachs, buttocks, etc. and "leave the muscle alone."
3. Dr. Oz recommends that any patient on diet under 1200 calories, should be under the direct care of a physician.

The IAPAM's hCG Protocol is based upon the successful protocol originally developed in 1954 by Dr. Simeons, and detailed in his report, Pounds and Inches, and is built around a low calorie diet coupled with the administration of the pharmaceutical grade of the naturally occurring hormone, hCG. The IAPAM's hCG Protocol has been administered to over 20,000 patients around the world with consistent weight loss results.

To date, all of the IAPAM's 2010, 2011 and 2012 Physician hCG Medical Weight Management seminars have sold out, so to register for the next hCG Training session in Scottsdale, Arizona, please go to http://www.hcgtraining.com, or contact the IAPAM at info@theiapam.com or 1-800-219-5108 ext 708.

Jupiter, Florida - March 17, 2012 -- Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is very pleased to announce that artist Gill Cox is now the gallery's featured artist and he will be showcased on their website for the next 30 days.

Gillian Cox is an artist who lives and creates in the beautiful coastal village of Hope Cove, in the South Hams of Devon, UK. Spanning a period of 50 years in the pursuit of art, she has gained a reputation as a specialist in color and light, covering a wide range of subject matter.

Gill is a self-taught artist who is now able to concentrate purely on her God given talent for her own pleasure, in celebration of regaining her sight after the danger of becoming blind several years ago. She is comfortable working in any painting medium and her thirst for enjoying a new challenge lends spirit and adventure to each new work that she creates. Gill professes that maintaining the challenge, is the key to building spontaneity, rhythm and flow in order to provide a sense of movement and the necessary atmosphere, to involve each viewer of her work. Energy and purpose, give her work depth and meaning which compliments her whole attitude to what she creatively delivers.

Gill states about her art and her life, “It seems I have been painting for most of my life. I have also, for many years, taught others to discover the delights of both Watercolor and Oil painting. Now I am the resident tutor for the summer workshops of Sejours Artistiques in the Charente Maritime region of France, whose chosen charities I support by giving my tuition free.”

Gill’s art has been exhibited in various venues spread across Devon, including locally at The Mayne Gallery, Kingsbridge and The Royal William Yard, Plymouth.
