JOSE, Calif. (July 23, 2013) -- Rosendin
Electric, the nation's largest private electrical
contractor and an employee-owned company, today announced that Julie
L. Moss, SPHR, has been named the company’s new Human Resources
Director.
Julie
has Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification and
brings more than 20 years of senior management leadership to the
company. In her new role, Julie's responsibilities will include
recruiting the best talent available, overseeing Rosendin Electric's
professional development and internship programs, managing the
company’s benefits programs, and more. Julie will report directly
to company CEO, Tom Sorley.

In
addition to SPHR certification, Julie is also a member of the Society
for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Public
Management Association - HR (IPMA-HR), and a member of the board of
the Santa Clara Chapter Northern California Human Resources
Association (NCHRA). She has extensive experience in all aspects of
human resources, including talent acquisition, staff training and
development, labor relations, payroll administration, health and
other benefits, OSHA safety regulations, and HR records management.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Phoenix.
